Juan and his wife Tracy served as youth pastors for ten years before joining NYCR and founding CityTribe Church for the homeless and The Noise Hip Hop Church. Juan and his wife Tracy were listed in Charisma magazine, August 2005 issue, as two of the 30 leaders under the age of 40 shaping the emerging church of the future. Juan is an ordained minister with the Foursquare denomination. He serves as President with NYCR. He has authored 28, The Street Bible as well as God’s Beggars- My Adventures Discovering God In The Inner City. He speaks regularly at churches throughout the NYC metro area. He is an accomplished musician, singer and songwriter and worship leader. He and Tracy have four children together: River, Hailey, Corban and Connor.

Covenant Ministry by its name Covenant School of Theology Trust ORG was established in 2007 with the sacrificial support of a committed woman of God named Frances Shepard. The purposes of this ministry are to equip men and women of God for the work of the Lord, serve the church of Yeshua and care for the poor and needy children. The ministry is not concentrated on the spiritual aspects alone but is looked from the practical aspect. In this way we follow the foot steps of yeshua who was practical in his instruction to the people who followed Him.

Charles has been saved for over 38 years and filled with the Holy Ghost for about 33 years. In 1974 while a senior in high school, Charles received the grace and gifting of a teacher when the Lord called him into the ministry through a dream. At first the dream scared him, and he ran from God's calling on His life. He attended Texas Tech University for two years, majoring in mathematics. Throughout two years God dealt with him about serving Him. After seeing a movie about Martin Luther, Charles decided that He could no longer resist God's call so he finished the second year and then transferred to the University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) to major in psychology so he could go to a seminary after receiving his bachelor's degree.
Hearing about a Bible School in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, that taught about faith and the supernatural, he finished one semester at UTSA and moved to Broken Arrow, Oklahoma to attend the Bible School. Immediately after graduating, Charles returned to pioneer a church where he pastored for over 28 years.
Now he is traveling full time as a missionary to various nations to reach the few who will reach the many. With a wealth of knowledge and wisdom accumulated over the last 32 years, he is uniquely equipped to train pastors, ministers and leaders.
In 1978 at the age of 19, Michelle Vandagriff was saved and delivered from drugs. At age 20, she was filled with the Holy Ghost. She received her spiritual training through the Baptist church, the Assembly of God church, Believer's Bootcamp under Rachel Cook (now Rachel Burchfield), and Lakewood Church (under the leadership of Pastor John Osteen).
In the summer of 1983 she answered the call of missions on her life and went to Ciudad Victoria, Mexico where she did secretarial work for Bobby Crow. She had been discipled and worked for Rachel Cook (Burchfield) as a secretary before this. After a year of working in Ciudad Victoria, she moved to Guadalajara, Mexico to serve as a youth pastor for Comunidad Sion under Pastor Francisco Rodriguez. Through constant practice and continual correction by her youth in Guadalajara, Michelle became fluent in Spanish. During her time in Hondo she was very involved in evangelism, children's ministry, praise and worship, and outreach to at-risk youth. Her boldness and anointing to win the lost along with her love for children and youth have equipped her to be a tremendous blessing in every nation we have ministered in. Together, she and Charles have almost 60 years of ministry experience that enables them to truly equip national leaders and ministers.
